During therapy you can be helped to gain control over
your life and your problems in many ways. You can be helped to
set goals and targets. We can look at ways in which
behaviour can be modified and targets can be met. Any triggers
for relapse can be identified and avoidance techniques explored.
There are three broad elements to the therapy undertaken by Enid
to tackle these problems:
-
Positivity and the ability to succeed can be reinforced using
SUGGESTION HYPNOTHERAPY, as can motivational
techniques and self-control. You will be given CD copies of
these sessions to take home and listen to on a regular basis.
This greatly improves the effectiveness of the therapy, and
increases your chance of success.

By
having positive thoughts, definite and realistic goals, and a
support network, success is much more likely than trying without
an aid of some sort.
At the first visit some time will be spent assessing your
particular problem. A decision can then be made regarding the
best approach and treatment programme for you to help you
overcome your problem as quickly as possible.
"Thank you for your time, your hard work and most of all your patience." VR
"Thanks for all your help
– I think you have worked wonders! "JH
