HYPNOTHERAPY
Why choose Hypnotherapy?
The changes are MORE RAPID, EFFECTIVE and LONG-LASTING.
What is Hypnosis?
A state of relaxation in which you are very aware of what
is going on and are always in complete control at all times.
Can anyone be hypnotised?
Yes, if they want to be.
Can I be forced to do anything against my will?
No. In Hypnotherapy you are always in control.
How does it work?
Hypnotic relaxation allows for more direct communication with
the sub conscious mind. It therefore makes it easier to
resolve the root cause of the problem. In addition, the
mind is then more receptive to positive suggestions for
change.
What happens in a Hypnotherapy session?
There are two main ways of using hypnotherapy - Suggestion
Hypnotherapy and Analytical Hypnotherapy.
SUGGESTION HYPNOTHERAPY
With relaxation the mind is more receptive to accepting ideas
and suggestions. Positive suggestions for change are made
which are more readily accepted and acted upon because it is
possible to communicate more directly with the sub conscious
mind.
CD recordings of the sessions are made which are then
given to you to take home and listen to on a regular basis. This
helps to reinforce the suggestions and greatly increases the
effectiveness of the therapy.
ANALYTICAL HYPNOTHERAPY
Some analysis of the underlying cause of a problem is often
helpful. When this is done using Hypnotherapy the root cause can
be accessed much more quickly than by any other therapeutic
means. Any issues that emerge can then be worked through in a
way that is most effective for the desired outcome.
What is self-hypnosis?
Self-hypnosis is a technique that enables a person to
take themselves into a gentle hypnotic relaxation themselves,
similar to meditation. It is easy to learn and can be undertaken
as part of the Hypnotherapy. It can be used to help people
continue with the benefits of Hypnotherapy and relaxation long
after the sessions have ended.
